Our hearing also decodes information about where signals are coming from, and about the texture of any surfaces present.

Using a pattern of early reflections and some mathematical tricks to avoid comb filtering, the Proximity Encoder plugin subtly lifts your material and brings it closer to the listener.

• Adjustable effect level (-36dB to -14dB vs. dry signal)
• Automatic make-up gain targeting neutral LUFS impact
• Largely EQ-neutral

How to use

• Use Proximity Encoder on your master bus or on individual audio tracks
• Set the "Time Factor" dial to where it best complements the groove of your material
• Click the display for instant A/B test (bypass mode continues to use CPU in order to keep the plugin calibrated to the incoming signal)
• Double-click to reset a dial to its default value, or hold <CTRL>/<CMD> to fine-tune

• Available in VST3, AAX & AU formats for Windows and MacOS
• Requires a compatible Digital Audio Workstation or other plugin host
• ~3ms latency
