Q: Where can I download (or re-download) the plugins I purchased?
A: Check the email or text message we sent you at the time of purchase - this contains your download link(s)
Q: Where are my plugins installed? My DAW can't find them or I want to remove them from my system.
A: Our installers place all plugins in the standard folders for each plugin format:
VST3 (Windows): C:\Program Files\Common Files\VST3
VST3 (Mac): ~/Library/Audio/Plug-Ins/VST3 or Macintosh HD/Library/Audio/Plug-Ins/VST3
AU (Mac): ~/Library/Audio/Plug-Ins/Components or Macintosh HD/Library/Audio/Plug-Ins/Components
Q: Chrome refuses to download the installer. How can I work around this?
A: In Chrome settings / Privacy & Security / Security, try temporarily deactivating "Safe Browsing". Note that our downloadable content is hosted exclusively at reflex-acoustics.com, Shopify, SkyPilot and/or DigitalOcean. Beware of other sources claiming to represent us.
